The Worry Test

This set of questions asked were developed over 20 years ago at Penn State University and has been used since by many Clinical Psychologists to measure the benefits of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) before and after treatment. The results have been independently validated, making this one of the most reliable measures of your level of worry.

The test consists of 16 multiple-choice questions and should only take you a few minutes to complete. Once you've answered all the questions click submit at the bottom of the page to get your score.
